About the Author
Joe Navarro worked as a counterintelligence and behavioral assessment special agent for the FBI for 25 years. He is now one of the world’s foremost specialists in nonverbal communication, lecturing and consulting with big corporations all over the world. He teaches at Saint Leo University as an adjunct professor and frequently speaks at Harvard Business School.
