About the Author

Myer Kutz has been president of Myer Kutz Associates, Inc., a publishing and information services consulting firm, since 1990. He was vice president in charge of scientific/technical publishing at John Wiley & Sons for 5 years. He has been a member of the board of the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) and chair of the ASME Publications Committee.
