Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited, a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami Field, in its continuous support for capacity building in the Health and Engineering sectors as a strategic feed into the national manpower pool offers University Scholarships to qualified Nigerian students across ALL states of the Federation.

The scholarship program, funded by Star Deep and its Agbami partners, is a major component of the Agbami partners’ Social Investment in the strategic development of Health and Education in Nigeria and the Niger Delta in particular.

This Scheme Is Open To Unregistered Existing Awardees ONLY.
Registered existing awardees need not apply.
Registered existing awardees should log on to their account and update their academic details accurately.

In line with the Agbami Special Medical and Engineering Scholarship Policies, current awardees who wish to be retained on the scheme MUST satisfy the following requirements throughout the duration of their degree programme.

Medicine/Surgery

1.       Maintain a mandatory Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or receive a PASS grade at one sitting during clinical years.
2.       Must not fail or re-sit a course
3.       Must remain within a course/program covered by the Agbami Scholarlship scheme

Dentistry
1.       Maintain a mandatory Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of  60% or Pass
2.       Must remain within a course/program covered by the Agbami Scholarship scheme

Pharmacy
1.       Maintain a mandatory Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of  60%
2.       Must remain within a course/program covered by the Agbami Scholarship scheme

Engineering
1.       Maintain a mandatory Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of  60%
2.    Must remain within a course/program covered by the Agbami Scholarship scheme

This Scheme Is Open To Unregistered Existing Awardees only for application.

Unregistered existing awardees should follow the instructions listed below:

A.      
Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents:                               i.            Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)           ii.           School ID card
iii.           Admission letter
iv.          Birth certificate
v.           O’ Level result
vi.          JAMB Result
B.       Go to www.scholastica.ng to create an account as follows.
1.       Click on “Register Now” to create an account.
2.       Proceed to your email box to activate your account
3.       Return to the www.scholastica.ng to continue your application
4.       Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
5.       Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information and upload required scanned documents accurately.
6.       Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
7.       Ensure you re-view all information filled and documents uploaded, to eliminate errors.
8.       When asked to upload photo, upload a pass-port photograph with a white background.
9.       Recheck application information to avoid errors

Where ?? represents the year you were awarded the scholarship.
i.e   – for 2010 awardees the url is www.scholastica.ng/schemes/Agbami2010
– for 2011 awardees the url is www.scholastica.ng/schemes/Agbami2011
– for 2012 awardees the url is www.scholastica.ng/schemes/Agbami2012
– for 2013 awardees the url is www.scholastica.ng/schemes/Agbami2013

Alternatively, you can visit the homepage, locate your award year scheme and apply to it

D.      Once on the page to apply to your award year
1.       Click “Apply Now” on your corresponding award year to submit information i.e. 2013 awardee to click “Apply now” onwww.scholastica.ng/schemes/agbami2013
2.       You will receive an email that confirms your application was successful.
3.       Return to www.scholastica.ng, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your Head of Department to sign on the document.
4.       Scroll up the page, click on My Account on the black tab, Select overview
5.       Under the Undergraduate Verification Status, click download profile
6.       Print the form, append your signature and take to your HOD for signing
7.       Return to this page to upload clear signed form
8.       Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile; this would be used for verification.
9.       If National Identification Number (NIN) was not available in step B5, to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN)
–   Visit http://ninenrol.gov.ng to register and learn more about the National Identity Number
–  Click “Create Account” and fill in the required  fields
–  Login with Email and Password to complete the form
–  After completion, schedule a date for photo and finger print capture
– Visit any of the 37 capture centres https://www.nimc.gov.ng/?q=nin-registration-centres  to complete the registration           process and obtain your National Identity Number
–  You can also do your total registration at the NIMC office
10.   Return to www.scholastica.ng and update application with National Identification Number (NIN) to ensure completion
